WHAT IS ACT 303?
Act 303, enacted by the Louisiana Legislature, allows individuals with disabilities, who failed to receive a high school diploma solely on the basis of failing to meet exit examination requirements, the option to petition their local school board for reconsideration.
Please find attached Act 303 Petition Form. Deadline to submit petitions is December 21, 2017.
