Web Accessibility Notice

The Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB) is committed to making its website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. The school district is taking steps to update its website so that all content or functionality on the website conforms to the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content or the updated equivalents of these guidelines. The district will also ensure that its website complies with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (“Section 504”) and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“Title II”).

If you are disabled and are unable to access content on the OPSB’s website, have questions about the accessibility of content, and/or would like to report barriers to accessing any content, please email glenn_smith@opsb.us. Please provide the URL (web address) of the material you tried to access, the problem you experienced, and your contact information so that district staff may contact you to provide the information in another format.

If you believe the school district has discriminated against you because of your disability, in violation of Section 504 or Title II, you may submit a written grievance to the school district’s Section 504 Coordinator via U.S. Mail or electronic mail, as follows:
