2017 Congressional Art Competition

All high school students in Louisiana’s 2nd Congressional district are eligible to participate in the 2017 Congressional Art Competition, courtesy of Congressman Cedric Richmond. The winning artwork will hang in the U.S. Capitol building for a year. The deadline for submitting artwork for the competition is Friday, April 21, 2017.
